I built kairoslist because my task lists kept turning into one flat pile.
The idea is to use the Eisenhower Matrix to separate what is urgent, important, both, or neither.
I also added an MCP server so AI agents can read and change those priorities. It is still a small project, but it already works better for me than a plain list.
